When there is this error message present at the filtering:
this means Spamdrain is denied from access to your email so you need to reverify Spamdrain with your Verizon/AOL account:
- Sign in to https://spamdrain.com/app.html#/settings
- Click your address to the right.
- Click the Automatic setup.
- Click "Continue with AOL" button and you will be redirected to AOL to approve Spamdrain.
- Once redirected back to our site the filtering should work again in a few minutes.
